How can I tell how good
a disco will be?
All the research you do on the internet, yellow pages or
whatever, can never take the place of being at a party and seeing the DJ
first hand. Web site pages can give a false impression of what you are
going to get for your party. Once more, we would express making sure
you are dealing with a legitimate company, and not the bloke form the next
close that has a bit of gear and some CD's downloaded off the net. Ask
for proof of insurance and PAT testing certificates. It they cannot
produce this, RUN...

OK you say your a
legitimate company?
Yes, we are a fully licensed company. We are
registered with the inland revenue for income tax and all clients receive an
receipt once paid in full.
How do you decide how
much to charge for a disco?
We will first work out how much travelling will be involved, how long will
it take to drive to the venue and back. Then access to the venue will
be assessed. If one man can achieve this fine, but if it takes two
then the second pair of hands will need paid. Then there is the event
length. In other words how long the DJ will be playing the music.
The size of hall can affect the cost too, as it would be pitiful to have a
small disco designed for a hall of 50 quests set up in a hall that hold 400
guests. So all this is assessed and a quote provided.
Do I pay in advance?
We accept a booking in receipt of a deposit and a written
confirmation of the booking is emailed or posted to the client. It is
preferential to pay the rest before the night to leave you free of worries
of who needs paying, but you can pay on the night before the DJ starts his
session.
What if I am not happy
with the disco?
Quality disco's strive to provide the very best entertainment at all venues
and encourage positive feedback from past clients in a number of ways.
If in the unlikely event you do have a complaint and it is found by Quality
Disco's to be justified, you will receive a full refund.
