Wedding in the National Piping Centre
It was the 27th August 2011 that Suzanne & David Kelly said their wedding vows inside the National Piping Centre’s main hall, it was a slightly overcast day but the lucky couple seemed to avoid the showers that were in the area.
I arrived during the meal and set up on the stage behind the stage curtains, by the time I was set up they had finished their food and the staff were turning the hall round for the evening reception. There was a good turnout for Suzanne & David as the hall was full to capacity and they did enjoy their dancing on the night.
At 8.15pm I got everyone cheering for the happy couple as they entered the hall to cut the wedding cake. It wasn’t a big elaborate thing, it was one large tasteful cupcake that was cut, and lots of small ones for the guests. After lots of photographs were taken I announced the couple’s first dance “Shania Twain – From this Moment” and half way through I invited the rest of the wedding party to join in.
The dance area of the hall was occupied all night long and everyone seemed to have a great night.
Were you there.?
If so why don’t you leave some feedback for Suzanne & David to read when they get back from their honeymoon.?
